Returns
Due to the intimate nature of the products we supply, Sheer Fantasies does not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products. We cannot accept returns on any of our products due to health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
Products which are unused and found to be faulty/defective can be returned, but must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be pre-authorised. An RMA must first be obtained prior to returning an unused item. Obtain RMA number here. A replacement will be shipped once the item has been inspected and a fault has been confirmed.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of any item being returned.
Products found to be in working order and not suffering from any fault/defect will be returned to the customer at their expense. The shipping cost payment must be paid in full before the item is returned to the customer.
It is the customers responsibility to check the item thoroughly before returning a suspected faulty item.
Almost all products returned are due to battery issues and not due to any fault with the product. Customers must install fresh batteries, check polarity and make sure that the batteries have been installed correctly before requesting an RMA number.
